Lot Financing
Cypress Investment Corporation offers the perfect loan to finance the purchase of a residential lot. The rate is either fixed or adjustable, and is amortized over a 30-year period. The loan term is 5 years. This gives you plenty of time to design the home and choose a contractor. Best of all, you can choose a construction to permanent loan program when you are ready to build.
Terms of the financing are as follows:
- Maximum Loan Amount: 80% of the purchase price
- Purpose: The borrower's intent must be to use the property to build an owner occupied primary residence or second home.
- Amortization: 30 year; balloon in 5 years (ARM 1 yr T-Bill)
- Payments: monthly
- Loan Origination Fee: 1%-2% of the loan amount
- Approval Time: 2-3 days after receipt of complete application and required documentation
- Loans to $1,500,000
